With the growing amount of commercial photography being undertaken by The
Devon Gallery, a new division of the website has been created. Devon Gallery
Commercial will include images which are more specific to the Tourism Industry than
other areas of our general site.
The new millennium has bought an ever increasing demand for instant and
excellent electronic communication between all sectors of our existing and projected
markets. Whilst the written word still has an important part to play, the daily
demand for clear and concisely constructed photographic images is reaching new
heights.
To satisfy this increasing demand we have decided to offer a range of products and
services designed for the commercial, pictorial and editorial image markets. For
example Sarah Anne was commissioned to create all of the images for the first new
book on Brixham in Devon, since 1992. “Brixham and Beyond”, aimed specifically
at the tourism market was produced for a local publisher, launched in March 2008
and is now selling exceptionally well.
As Sarah Anne says, “we are not ‘out of town’ photographers who travel a couple of
hundred miles for a three or four day shoot. We understand the area in which we
live and more importantly understand the requirements of our local clients.”
The new Devon Gallery Commercial section of our website is being constructed
